Artworks refund policy

Returns

We don't offer returns of artworks or cancelation of the purchase after submitting the order. Make sure you are acquiring the artwork you like. In case of damage during shipment, please inspect your crate upon reception and contact us immediately if the artwork is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item so that we can make it right. There will not be a refund in the case of damage, but a new artwork will be sent to you as soon as possible. 

For insurance purposes, pictures of the damaged artwork and the packaging are mandatory. 

Steve Sabella works with Grieger in Germany, one of the world's best printing and mounting labs. They ship the artworks in a custom-made wood crate, with the artwork protected at the edges, with a certificate of authenticity issued and signed by Steve Sabella. 

 

Exchanges 

If, for any reason, you wish to exchange the artwork and get another one, you can. But, you will need to pay for the shipment back of the artwork to Steve Sabella Studio and pay for the new shipment.
